Dr. James Ho Sew Hung earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) and Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from the prestigious Harvard University.
Dr. Javious Lim
Dr Javious Lim graduated and earned his BDS from the University of Dundee (U.K.). Dr Javious Lim has special interests in Endodontics, Implant dentistry, Aesthetic dentistry, Invisalign and Oral surgery.
Dr. Yao Xu
Dr Yao received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota, United States. Subsequently, she completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program with the New York University Langone Hospitals in Maui, Hawaii.

🇸🇬In Singapore, my teeth got their "photos" taken before I even got to see them!
🦷Turns out, teeth cleaning is much more than just "cleaning." It was my first time experiencing a teeth cleaning that involved taking "photos" of my teeth beforehand, and at first, I thought it was a bit much. But after zooming in on my teeth on the screen, many problems I usually overlooked instantly became clear.
🔍I always thought I was brushing my teeth very diligently, but after seeing the zoomed-in image, I realized that many hard-to-reach areas were completely untouched. Especially the gaps between my back teeth and the gum line—these areas can easily accumulate small problems over time.
🪥I also learned how to use dental floss properly this time. I always thought dental floss was a hassle, but after the on-site demonstration, I realized that using it correctly can really prevent many dental problems.
✨The most noticeable feeling after the cleaning wasn't just "whitening," but rather that my entire mouth felt incredibly clean, my teeth felt smooth, and even breathing felt much cleaner.

I am in my 60s and I am afraid of going to the dentists' office all my life. I have my fair share of scary, fierce, authoritative, and rough dentists who felt they need not talk thru the procedures with us. I am still scared and extending nervous when it comes to visiting the dentists. Dr James and Dr Yao completely changed that for me. They are incredibly patient, gentle, reassuring, and skilled that even during my extraction, I didn’t feel a thing. What stood out most was how much they genuinely care for their patients. My last visit (29 Apr 2026), Dr Yao shared some peppermint essential oil to calm my nerves cos my hands were trembling with fear. Am so thankful. They take time to explain what has to be done. They don’t treat you like just another appointment; they make you feel comfortable, supported, and cared for, like friends looking out for you. I’m so grateful to have found Dr James and Dr Yao I can truly and fully trust. The staff (Jess and Noor) are also very encouraging and genuinely show concern. Jess checked on me after each appointment to ensure I was alright and calm.

Had the best dental experience at G Plus Dental compared to other dental clinics I’ve been to. Dr Yao was very caring and patient, she came out to greet me and personally guided me in whereas other dental clinics would simply call the patient in to the room. Dr Yao provided in-depth explanations on the negative effects of teeth grinding and how to fix the habits that causes it. She also fixed up my cavities and proceeded to show the proper flossing method. I really appreciate that she took the time and effort to explain things clearly to help fix my bad habits affecting my teeth. The staff were absolutely delightful to interact with and very respectful as well, making small chit-chat to help me feel more at ease.

Every step of the process was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed.
